Best enjoyed within 4 weeks of delivery. As they’re handmade in small batches, we recommend enjoying them fresh for the best texture and flavour..
3. Do you ship Australia wide?
Yes! We offer Australia-wide shipping via tracked Express Post. Your bars are carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.
4. When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped within 2–4 business days unless during sale periods which may extend turn around time. You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order is on the way.
5. Do you offer local pickup?
Yes — Ballarat locals can choose pickup at checkout. We’ll contact you to arrange a suitable time once your order is ready. Choose your preferred date and time slot when checking out.
6. Are the bars nut-free/gluten-free?
Our bars are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and soy, so we cannot guarantee allergen-free products, even if the flavour doesn’t contain them.
